By prioritizing value-add investments with a three-to-seven-year time horizon, we focus on unlocking the potential of small to medium sized industrial properties (sub 150k sf) by making functional improvements and fostering tenant relationships.  We see potential in transforming spaces to meet evolving market demands, creating great products for our tenants and strong returns for our investors.


We also perform ground-up development, specializing in mid-rise multi-family in the Madison Metro.  Working with local partners, we have a strong track record of developing thoughtful and spirited living spaces with strong community engagement.
