State-of-the-art Building Designed to Accommodate Growth for Gearbox Express’ Renewable Energy Businesses
February 25, 2015 (Madison, WI) — Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate investment and brokerage company, will develop a 82,500 square-foot manufacturing facility for Gearbox Express in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Construction is planned to begin February 2015 on the new facility which will be twice the size of Gearbox Express’ current space.
