February 2, 2015 (Madison, WI) — Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC, a commercial real estate investment and development company, announced today its new office in St. Louis, Missouri serving the lower Midwest and Central States. Jared Stinehagen, Vice President of Operations, Southern Region, has joined the firm and will administer its diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties in the region. Stinehagen will be dedicated to developing investment projects and acquisitions, and cultivating partnerships with investors and their wealth management advisors as well as financial partners throughout the lower Midwest.

Prior to joining Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC, Jared has worked for two international and publically traded real estate investment trusts, Westfield Corporation and CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. encompassing markets between Washington D.C. and Chicago, in addition to successfully leading direct- and distribution-channel sales in North America for an architectural products company.
